Who we are
This privacy policy applies to softcoreanarchy.com, the public portfolio and creative identity site of Shannon Bulrice / Softcore Anarchy, based in Long Beach, California. This site is separate from the Softcore Anarchy Studio subscription platform at studio.softcoreanarchy.com, which has its own privacy policy.

Who can use this site
This site is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site please contact us at hello@softcoreanarchy.com and we will remove it promptly.
What information we collect
We collect information only when you choose to provide it through the contact form on this site. That information includes your name, email address, and the message you submit.
We do not collect payment information, create user accounts, or require registration of any kind on softcoreanarchy.com.
How we collect it
Contact form submissions are handled through Contact Form 7 and stored locally in our WordPress admin via Flamingo. An email notification is sent to hello@softcoreanarchy.com via Resend, a third party transactional email service. Resend receives your name and email address as part of delivering that notification.
We do not use any other third party data processors on this site at this time.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your message. We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to maintain basic site functionality including your light or dark mode preference. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies at this time.
WordPress may set session cookies as part of standard site operation. These cookies do not collect personal information and expire when you close your browser.
Analytics
This site does not currently use any analytics tools. No data about your visit is collected, tracked, or shared with third parties for analytical purposes.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our WordPress admin for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. If you would like your submission removed please contact us at hello@softcoreanarchy.com and we will delete it promptly.
